He is the Founder Director of Ecole Solitaire India's first residential finishing school.
Minocher embarked on his professional path as a corporate
marketing professional which also included a successful stint
as Brand manager for the Vadilal group & Food Specialities,
Dubai. In this highly satisfying assignment, he looked after
3 countries, Bahrain, Oman and Qatar as a country manager
handling various international brands, and was also responsible
for the promotional activities in 7 other countries in the
Middle East.
After this phase of 'Vision Quest' in his life, in 1998
Minocher emerged as a corporate trainer, an inspiring speaker
believing that people understand and learn more through
doing. Consequently his seminars and workshops are highly
participative.
Minocher is a spiritual individual believing that our path
in life is guided by a 'Higher Wisdom', if we choose to
follow that guidance. That our lives are a constantly unfolding
process, and our full participation in this journey is our
primary spiritual objective.
He has dedicated his professional life to the propagation
of his message which is respecting the divinity of each
individual, recognising the uniqueness and the infinite
potentiality in each and every one of them, and helping
them to tap into their innate creative powers.
