Minocher Patel is an inspiring Indian motivational speaker and a corporate trainer of international repute. He has conducted training programs for the corporate sector and student community all over India and abroad in countries like UAE, Thailand, Sri Lanka and Switzerland. He is also the visiting faculty for some of the top-notch management institutes of the country. A management graduate from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, Minocher participated in the ‘Train the Trainer’ program in West Germany and Finland in 1988 and is involved in training ever since. He has over seven years of experience in the private sector and thirteen years of experience as a motivational speaker and a corporate trainer.

Minocher embarked on his professional path as a corporate marketing professional, which included a successful stint as a Brand Manager for the Vadilal group for five years and then an international assignment for Food Specialties, Dubai for two years. In this highly satisfying assignment, he shouldered responsibilities of a Country Manager for 3 countries — Bahrain, Oman and Qatar — handling various international food brands. He was also responsible for the promotional activities in 7 other countries in the Middle East.

After this successful stint in the international arena, in 1998 Minocher set up Ecole Solitaire and emerged as a motivational speaker and a corporate trainer. An inspiring speaker he believes that people understand and learn more through doing. Consequently his seminars and workshops are highly participative and action-oriented
